Asawa An American artist of Japanese descent, born in Cliffornia in 1926 and died at the age of 87 in 2013, Ruth Aiko has a work of weaving sculptures from wire with patterns based on natural formations, and Ruth Aiko also founded the Alba School of Art training center, aiming to teach art to children and residents of the communities where she lived.
